Alain Grignon has been involved in the production of Languedoc wine for nearly 30 years. Most of the grapes for this wine come from vineyards near Minervois in the North-East of the Languedoc. Here the vineyards are at a slightly higher altitiude and a little cooler than on the plain. Offering aromas of flora, apricot and white peach this richly flavoured wine would be fantastic served with spicy Thai dishes.
From one of the very best producers in the region this is an excellent wine offering thick, jammy fruit flavours with a lovely complexity due to oak ageing. Ready for drinking this is a classic wine to accompany game birds, duck or goose.
As you can tell by the name, this tequila is pure paradise. Created by Don Felipe Camarena and Alain Royer of A. de Fussigny Cognac, this unique, handcrafted blend of 100% blue agave tequilas takes on a remarkable elegance from its distinct, Cognac-barrel aging process. Aged for 5 years, El Tesoro Paradiso is irresistible and deliciously smooth.
Jean Pabiot and son Alain are the proud guardians of a winemaking tradition stretching back 6 generations. Their sizeable domaine comprises an enviable portfolio of chalky Sauvignon Blanc vineyards in Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé. Wines from the latter perfectly express the appellation's classic smoky, minerally character. The grassy nuances and soft asparagus notes of this latest vintage make this great with goat cheeses, oysters and baked cod.

The first Alp is what the Mont Ventoux is known as. It stands alone dominating the skyline of the Rhone valley. At its feet you can find a profusion of vineyards and vignerons who are off the beaten track for a Cotes du Rhone but rejoice under the appelation Cotes de Ventoux. The same grapes are deployed but in a marginally cooler climate which leads to wines of a more intense nature than their valley floor cousins.
