Care is produced by the Bodegas Anadas a new outfit set up in 2000 to develop the finest wines of the Carinena region. Within a very short time they purchased a hundred hectares of the best vineyard land and planted a mix of Spanish and classic european varieties. . The quality of these wines is due to the elevation of the vineyards (400 to 600 m) and strong differences in diurnal temperatures which prolongs the ripening of the grapes.
