In 1955, 180 vinegrowers running 109 hectares joined together to form the Cave de Turckheim. These producers all had strengths and weaknesses and needed a structure and common policy without losing the personality of each member. It makes an excellent partner to spicy Asian food and the classic Alsatian Münster cheese.
