Latricières is a small parcel adjacent to Chambertin, and has a very thin limestone-rich topsoil. Rossignol-Trapet's vines average around 55 years of age. This is a Grand Cru with great purity and length. The flavours are remarkably balanced with a bouquet that evokes damp forest floor, wild cherries, blackberries. Spicy and clearly marked by a note of cloves with nuances of camphor.
