Today he works alone and is one of the masters of a dying art.Dugast casings define what supple means. In Europe, Top pro's run these at unthinkable low pressures. A top notch glue job is critical when rolling around the course at 25 psi! Dugast tires are designed for classic European style cross courses. This means grassy fields (generally smooth) with a combination of pavement.Absolutely no tubular may be returned that has been glued.

Dugast Pipistrello - This new tire is now available in limited quantities. For an extremely fast and dry course. Because of the open diamond tread pattern you always have a good grip on sand and grass. Available in 32mm.  1.8-3.5 bar recommended pressure. 352 grams.

Dugast Pipisqualo - 32

Dugast Pipisqualo - NOTE - BLACK TREAD WITH LIGHT TAN SIDEWALL (not as per picture - this was a prototype colour only) The long awaited Dugast Pipisqualo. Spotted on the continent last season and released with a good report on BikeRadar here. The Pipisqualo has a centre tread from the Pippistrello and cornering edges taken from the Rhino. So what does this mean? A fast rolling tyre with edges that more info >> hook up even when the ground isnt bone dry. Often riders found they wanted the secure cornering of the Rhino, but didnt want to be slowed up on the faster sections of the course - so along came the Pisqualo and the problem was solved! This tub should be good for fast dry courses and courses which have maybe seen a little rain but not enough to turn the course into a complete bog. For the UK this tyre should be good for the first few months of the season and on snowy conditions - for riders who have better skills they will no doubt want to run this tyre for as long as possible.
