In this hands-on class you will learn the traditional methods to perfect fabulous seasonal Italian dishes that you can recreate at home.
This hands-on master class teaches the subtle art of making perfect sushi every time. During the class you will learn how to cook rice for sushi, how to prepare ingredients and where to source the best ingredients. You will learn a variety of recipes that you can recreate again and again at home. Classes are small, with a maximum of 8 participants to ensure that you will get plenty of one to one tuition.
